EP 109 | No “New Year, New You” Fluff Talk! It’s Time To Take Ownership Of Your Decisions

I could sit here and give you the whole new year new you fluffy talk. Honestly what I really want is for this episode to make you realize how you can go one minute to the next from feeling like you're settling and inactive to taking the very first step and making a decision that's for your greater good.

 

With that in mind, I have a really difficult question for you. What's stopping you from deciding to act and make a change or a pivot in your life? What is truly holding you back and think about it?

 

I don't think that the reason why you show up here is just to look for motivation and inspiration and random fluffy ideas that I could give you. You want to take action, you want to reroute your journey, and you're just really ready to step into your new era! Not because it's cliche and the beginning of a new year of course but because 6 months or a year from now I truly believe that you want to look back and see your own evolution. 

 

Instead of living in regret for not making progress and being stuck in the same place that you're at right now you really want to look back and feel proud and excited and ignited for the opportunities ahead. The courage and the strength that it took for you to be able to step into a new version of yourself and to imagine what it would be like to go beyond your nine to five to change the trajectory of your life and to do something new - that is wildly admirable! So why keep settling, it’s time to take ownership of your decisions.
