EP 110 | Are You Prioritizing What Truly Is Going To Move The Needle Forward In Escaping Your Unfulfilling Job?

Have you ever thought about why you have been considering the idea of leaving your job? The list can be massive! Anything from being soul sucking, unfulfilling, not feeling valued, or being in a toxic workplace.

 

If we aren’t prioritizing the things that are going to move the needle forward, the bad news is that you’ll never escape your unfulfilling job. It’s time to assess where you’re at, consider the actions you can take, and make a plan to begin to move forward. 

 

At the end of the day, we can choose to make excuses to not prioritize building a plan OR we can choose to start small and simple to get the ball rolling. Only you can decide what your breaking point is? 

 

Ask yourself this. How much pain do you have to be in or what do you have to lose in order to realize what you need to focus on? Only you can answer that.
