Oh man, I remember that moment when I knew I hit my threshold of crap I was willing to tolerate at my job! It created a shift in the actions I was going to take, to make leaving my job a reality. 

 

I’d be lying if I said that there weren’t days that I wished they would just fire me so that I didn’t have to go through the hassle of creating a runway for myself, being responsible and making a plan, and then ultimately putting in my resignation.
