Unfulfilled After Climbing The Corporate Ladder? I believe there are symptoms workplaces might be overlooking. 

 

When we begin our career climb, we usually start eager when we first get started. Usually, we have so much drive to learn and grow. Sometimes when we reach the “epitome” of our career, we realize it’s not all it's cracked up to be.

 

If you’ve started considering your options outside of that career, sometimes you might feel shame. Maybe it’s because you wonder or worry about all those years you took to reach a career goal and now you’re walking away from it. 

 

After struggling with this myself, I realized that I was looking at it all wrong and in fact, all that experience I gained could be used in my favor for this new career path I was creating.
